This private commission for L. McPherson
The total price for the work will be $100.
This is one of two payments to be made- one before work is started and one when it’s finished.
- Size: 10-inch x 13-inch
- Media: Watercolor painting on 140lb watercolor paper.
- Finishing/Framing: When finished, the watercolor will be placed in a 14-inch x 18-inch frame matted to 10-inch by 13-inch with glass front.
- Delivery: The finished work will be picked up or hand-delivered to a mutually agreed upon location.
- Timeline: No timeline has been set for this project but every effort will be made to complete it promptly. It will most likely NOT be done prior to Christmas.
- Subject matter: The watercolor will include a boy about to walk through the split sea and the words:
“You split the sea so I could walk right through it
My fears are drowned in perfect love
You rescued me so could stand and say
I am a child of God”
Please know that I typically only take 1 commission per week. Generally, your ‘place in line’ is set when you pay for your item.
Purchasing a work of art does not usually include reproduction rights, or a license to print copies of the artwork. As the artist, Julie Abels maintains the right to make additional copies of the artwork or any component of the artwork. If you would like reproduction rights, please email Julie about creating a contract to include reproduction rights.
