This beautiful poster is a great visual reference for the 7 Elements of Art- the tools we use to make art.

When teaching with the Classical model of education, we focus on introducing the grammar (the basic fundamentals) of each subject first. In art, the grammar starts with the 7 Elements of Art and the Principles of Design. We introduce these in different art lessons, so this poster is a great way to tie it all together. Show it to your students and hang in up in your art room or school room.

This file is included in several different art lesson plans, but at lower resolution.
