Trouble with your account? Email us at

  • After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, our security system will block your IP address for a few hours.
  • To avoid having your IP address blocked, please click “Lost your password?” if you can’t remember your password. Then check your spam/junk folder for an email to reset your password.
  • My system automatically deletes accounts after a few years of inactivity. However, the orders remain in the system. So if your username isn’t working and you need access to an old purchase, create a new account with the same email address you used before and then let me know. I’ll link the old purchases to your new account.
  • If you ordered one of our Video Courses, those are hosted at the RidgeLightRanch Academy on the Teachable platform. You’ll have a separate username and password over there!
